Boys didn't waken until about 11am - leftover pizza brunch - set off to find a hairdresser that could fit me in today - found one and made appointment for 4pm.
Called in to local DIY shop for door-chain keys cut, but they don't stock my sort.
4pm til 5:30pm haircut - and after that long sat in a crap chair I was hardly able to walk to the car. £25 and minus about 8inches of all-over hair length later I arrived home.
Doubled up on the codeine to get through the rest of the evening and went to bed.
